 Downie Timber and Selkirk Cedar operate on a 35-acre site in Revelstoke. Twenty acres are dedicated to log yard and sorting grounds, the remainder houses our production facility. Downie Timber and Selkirk Cedar have a two-line sawmill, with an annual production of 90 million board feet. We operate a sawmill and planermill, nine dry kilns and a remanufacturing plant complete with a chopline, finger jointer, edge gluing, molder, planer and resaw. As well, we have a ‘dog ear’ fencing line and custom packaging services.  At Downie Timber and Selkirk Cedar we are committed to producing the highest quality product on the market and therefore we have recently invested over $70 million into state-of-the art manufacturing technology. Our production facilities employ the latest in technology, and this equipment, combined with our highly trained and committed employees, allows us to operate non-stop, providing our customers with a consistent supply of quality products.
